In a bowl add finely chopped onion, green chilies, grated beetroot & Dill leaves.
Add whole wheat flour, salt to taste, carom seeds & cooked Bengal gram, and make a nice & soft dough.
Take a little bit of oil in your hand and apply to the dough and keep it for 10 mins.
Make small dough balls & roll the ball to a circle or triangle shape using a rolling pin (not too Thin or Thick).
Heat griddle and cook the rolled dough using ghee/clarified butter on both sides till golden brown.
Serve the paratha with green chutney, pickle & curd.
